This class is being provided as part of the Catholic Land Movement Group ( Southern Colorado Chapter). Please Join us to learn move about this group and fellowship and for a beginners Sourdough Class.
In this class you will learn how to create your own sourdough starer, you will take home a fresh sourdough starter and you can also choose to purchase all the tools that you need to make your very own bread. Kit purchase is not required for the class, but a great way to support another small business if you so choose.
The sourdough kits that we will have available will include:
1 sourdough starter
1 banneton basket
1 bread lame
1 dough whisk
1 bench scraper
1 set of stencils
1 recipe book
1 wooden spoon
1 bread bag
You will receive hands on time making your own dough to take home and bake your very first loaf in our very own kitchen.
